Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Magnifier: Magnifying Glass, developed by Hermes Digital. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the app.

These Terms incorporate Apple's Standard EULA by reference. In case of conflict, Apple's EULA prevails on matters it covers. View Apple's Standard EULA.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Magnifier: Magnifying Glass for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content
• Reverse-engineer or extract the app's source code
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices

Subscriptions and Payments

Magnifier: Magnifying Glass offers auto-renewing subscriptions for premium features (full magnification, saved captures, no ads):

• Monthly: $2.49/month, 7 days free
• Yearly: $9.99/year, 7 days free

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings; cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the current period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods except where required by law.

Acceptable Use

• Do not violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Do not infringe on intellectual property rights
• Do not transmit harmful or malicious content
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Do not interfere with the app's operation

Disclaimer of Warranties

Magnifier: Magnifying Glass is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hermes Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Magnifier: Magnifying Glass. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Magnifier: Magnifying Glass after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
