Non-Affiliation Notice

CSCS Trade Prep is independent study material, produced by Hermes Digital. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by CITB (Construction Industry Training Board), the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS), or any official examining body. All names, acronyms, and regulations mentioned belong to their respective owners and are cited solely for educational reference purposes.

Acceptance

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of CSCS Trade Prep, developed by Hermes Digital. By downloading or using CSCS Trade Prep, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part, do not use the app.

These Terms incorporate by reference Apple's standard EULA. In case of conflict, Apple's EULA prevails on matters it addresses. View Apple's standard EULA.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use CSCS Trade Prep for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content
• Reverse engineer or extract source code
• Use the app for unlawful purposes
• Remove or alter proprietary notices

Subscriptions and Payments

CSCS Trade Prep offers auto-renewing subscriptions for premium features:

• Weekly: £4.99/week
• Monthly: £14.99/month

Payment is charged to your Apple ID upon confirming purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal charges occur within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the current period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods, except where required by law.

Acceptable Use

• Do not violate applicable laws or regulations
• Do not infringe intellectual property rights
• Do not transmit harmful or malicious content
• Do not attempt unauthorised access to our systems
• Do not interfere with the app's operation

Disclaimer of Warranties

CSCS Trade Prep is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hermes Digital shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of CSCS Trade Prep. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time. To delete your data, contact support@hermes.com.br.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to applicable consumer protection rules in your jurisdiction.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of CSCS Trade Prep after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
