Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of SLLA Exam Prep 2026: Leader, developed by Hermes Digital. By downloading or using SLLA Exam Prep 2026: Leader, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the app.

These Terms incorporate Apple's standard EULA by reference. In case of conflict, Apple's EULA takes precedence for matters covered therein. View Apple's Standard EULA.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SLLA Exam Prep 2026: Leader for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content
• Reverse engineer or extract the source code
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Remove or alter proprietary notices

Subscriptions & Payments

SLLA Exam Prep 2026: Leader offers auto-renewing subscriptions for premium features:

• Weekly: 5.99/week
• Monthly: 14.99/month

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings; canceling stops future renewals and you retain access until the end of the current period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods, except as required by law.

Acceptable Use

• Do not violate applicable laws or regulations
• Do not infringe intellectual property rights
• Do not transmit harmful or malicious content
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Do not interfere with the app's operation

Disclaimer of Warranties

SLLA Exam Prep 2026: Leader is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hermes Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of SLLA Exam Prep 2026: Leader. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time. To delete your data, contact support@hermes.com.br.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict of law provisions, unless otherwise required by consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SLLA Exam Prep 2026: Leader after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
