LEED Green Prep 2026: GA

Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of LEED Green Prep 2026: GA, developed by Hermes Digital. By downloading or using LEED Green Prep 2026: GA, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the app.

These Terms incorporate Apple's standard EULA by reference. In case of conflict, Apple's EULA takes precedence for matters covered therein. View Apple's Standard EULA.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use LEED Green Prep 2026: GA for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

Subscriptions & Payments

LEED Green Prep 2026: GA offers auto-renewing subscriptions for premium features:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings; canceling stops future renewals and you retain access until the end of the current period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods, except as required by law.

100% Money-Back Guarantee

The Quarterly plan includes a 100% money-back guarantee, subject to all of the conditions below:

  • It applies only to the Quarterly subscription, purchased at least 30 days and no more than 90 days before your official LEED Green Associate exam date.
  • It applies only if your official score is very low — below 145 on the 125–200 scale — as shown on your official score report. Not passing alone, with a score of 145 or higher, does not qualify.
  • Before your exam you must have completed at least 2 full mock exams and answered at least 500 practice questions in the app.
  • You must request the refund within 7 days of receiving your official result by emailing support@hermes.com.br with your official score report and a government-issued photo ID matching the name on the report.
  • Only the most recent Quarterly charge is refunded. Refunds are issued by Hermes Digital or requested through Apple, at our discretion.
  • One refund per person. Hermes Digital is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) or the Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI).

Acceptable Use

Disclaimer of Warranties

LEED Green Prep 2026: GA is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hermes Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of LEED Green Prep 2026: GA. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time. To delete your data, contact support@hermes.com.br.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict of law provisions, unless otherwise required by consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of LEED Green Prep 2026: GA after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
