Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of CMSRN Exam Prep 2026: Nurse, developed by Hermes Digital. By downloading or using CMSRN Exam Prep 2026: Nurse, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the app.

These Terms incorporate Apple's standard EULA by reference. In case of conflict, Apple's EULA takes precedence for matters covered therein. View Apple's Standard EULA.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use CMSRN Exam Prep 2026: Nurse for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content
• Reverse engineer or extract the source code
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Remove or alter proprietary notices

Subscriptions & Payments

CMSRN Exam Prep 2026: Nurse offers auto-renewing subscriptions for premium features:

• Weekly: $5.99/week (may include a 3-day free trial)
• Monthly: $14.99/month (may include a 3-day free trial)
• Quarterly: $29.99 every 3 months

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings; canceling stops future renewals and you retain access until the end of the current period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods, except as required by law.

Acceptable Use

• Do not violate applicable laws or regulations
• Do not infringe intellectual property rights
• Do not transmit harmful or malicious content
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Do not interfere with the app's operation

Disclaimer of Warranties

CMSRN Exam Prep 2026: Nurse is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

100% Refund Guarantee

Subscribers who follow the study plan and still fail the CMSRN® exam (Certified Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse, offered by the Medical-Surgical Nursing Certification Board, MSNCB) may request a refund, under the conditions below. The guarantee is hard to earn on purpose: it rewards people who really studied with the app.

Who is covered

• Only the Quarterly plan is covered.
• The subscription must have started at least 90 days before your CMSRN exam date and remained active until the exam date.
• Your official CMSRN exam result must be Fail, as shown in your official score report from MSNCB.
• Not covered: practice tests or course quizzes, absence or late arrival, technical problems, incomplete, canceled or invalidated attempts, or any test that is not an official CMSRN exam.

Study requirements (checked in the app's study log)

• At least 1h30 of effective study per day.
• 1 full mock exam per day.
• At least 100 questions per day (3,000 over the period).
• An average of 70% or more in your last 5 mock exams.
• At least 8 mock exams per month.
• Review queue cleared every week.
• A daily study streak with no missed days.

How to claim

• Email support@hermes.com.br within 7 days after receiving your result.
• Attach your official CMSRN score report from MSNCB and a government-issued photo ID with the same name.
• Only the last charge of the Quarterly plan is refunded. Refunds are processed through Apple or directly by us, as applicable.

CMSRN® is a registered trademark of the Medical-Surgical Nursing Certification Board (MSNCB). This app is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by MSNCB or AMSN. This guarantee does not limit any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your state or country.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hermes Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of CMSRN Exam Prep 2026: Nurse. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time. To delete your data, contact support@hermes.com.br.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict of law provisions, unless otherwise required by consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of CMSRN Exam Prep 2026: Nurse after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
