Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of CCAT Prep 2026: Aptitude Test, developed by Hermes Digital. By downloading or using CCAT Prep 2026: Aptitude Test, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the app.

These Terms incorporate Apple's standard EULA by reference. In case of conflict, Apple's EULA takes precedence for matters covered therein. View Apple's Standard EULA.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use CCAT Prep 2026: Aptitude Test for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content
• Reverse engineer or extract the source code
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Remove or alter proprietary notices

Subscriptions & Payments

CCAT Prep 2026: Aptitude Test offers auto-renewing subscriptions for premium features:

• Weekly: $3.99/week, with a 3-day free trial
• Monthly: $10.99/month, with a 3-day free trial
• Quarterly: $21.99 every 3 months

Prices shown are in US dollars for the United States; prices in other countries are set by the App Store in local currency and shown before purchase.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings; canceling stops future renewals and you retain access until the end of the current period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods, except as required by law.

If you study with the Quarterly plan and still get a very low official score on the Criteria Cognitive Aptitude Test (CCAT), we will refund your last payment. To qualify, all of the following must be true:

• You subscribed to the Quarterly plan at least 30 to 90 days before your official CCAT test date.
• Your official CCAT score report shows a very low raw score: fewer than 10 correct answers out of 50.
• You completed the app's recommended study requirements: daily practice on at least 80% of the days between subscribing and the test, and at least 3 full mock exams.
• You email support@hermes.com.br within 7 days of receiving your official score, attaching the official score report (or the employer's written notice of your score) and a government-issued photo ID matching the name on the report.

The refund covers only the most recent Quarterly charge. Weekly and Monthly plans are not eligible. Not being hired or not advancing in a hiring process is not by itself a trigger; only a proven very low official score qualifies. CCAT Prep 2026: Aptitude Test and Hermes Digital are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Criteria Corp or any employer.

Acceptable Use

• Do not violate applicable laws or regulations
• Do not infringe intellectual property rights
• Do not transmit harmful or malicious content
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Do not interfere with the app's operation

Disclaimer of Warranties

CCAT Prep 2026: Aptitude Test is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hermes Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of CCAT Prep 2026: Aptitude Test. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time. To delete your data, contact support@hermes.com.br.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict of law provisions, unless otherwise required by consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of CCAT Prep 2026: Aptitude Test after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
