Acceptance

By downloading or using Hueku you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The app

Hueku is a colour-based sudoku puzzle game. It is provided for entertainment. Puzzles are generated on your device and the game works offline.

Purchases

Hueku is free to play and shows optional rewarded video advertisements. A one-time in-app purchase, “Remove Ads”, permanently disables those advertisements. The game is fully playable without any purchase.

Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own terms — we cannot issue refunds directly. You can restore a previous purchase at any time from the app’s settings.

Advertising

Advertisements are served by Google AdMob and are non-personalised: the app does not collect an advertising identifier and does not ask for tracking permission. Ad content is limited to the “General” rating.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app, or use it in any way that breaks applicable law.

Availability and changes

We may update, change, or discontinue the app or any of its features at any time. Updates may be required for the app to keep working correctly.

Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from its use.
